We invite you to take a a deep dive through experiential and process-driven modalities designed to help you release old messaging, embracing who you are in the present with embodied awareness and conscious transformation. Connect with like-minded women in a supportive and nurturing environment. Share stories, insights, and laughter as we uplift and empower each other on our individual paths. This retreat is a two-day retreat where you will be surrounded in nature in the landscape of Ponca Hills State Park. Comfortable and modern accommodations will allow you to settle in for a dynamic weekend of self-reflection and deep connection to the unique roles we play in the world as women.
