Service Description

SomaPsych is a powerful method that guides the person to release stuck emotions and physical pain that often accompanies suppressed emotional memory. The client is guided to tap into the subconscious, connect with their own archetypal imagery, and release the stuck energy from the body. SomaPsych™ incorporates polyvagal theory, somatic experiencing and archetypal imagery accessed via the client's subconscious/unconscious mind processes. SomaPsych™ is often used in counseling sessions, but can be used as a stand alone service as well.
